Dedication

If there is something you want to gain excellence in, it requires dedication and hard work. Professional athletes make it look easy but they train hours every day. Most artists have spent their lives refining their craft. Great business men and women did not become successful over night.

It all comes down to choices -- what are we going to spend our time doing? How do you spend your time? Do you waste precious hours every night in front of the tv? Do you spend time reading and learning about new technology or techniques in your industry? Think about what you want in life and then take steps every day to achieve those goals. It will take dedication but the rewards of achieving excellence will be worth the sacrifice.
